I bought this for a trip to st. Martens. I used it on the island and it did not work well. The gadgets were quite annoying and was better off not using. This is almost perfect. The fact that it has a cold plate (my favorite), a dry mist and a fan is unreal. It saved me in Dallas with its 105 degree weather. My only criticism is the noise of the motor. I'm hoping they can figure that out.

Absolutely LOVE the product and accessories, but unfortunately customer service has been literally non-existent. Fan quit working after two months, and have been trying since August 7th to get them to respond to me on how to proceed forward. This was after sending proof of purchase and all requested information…I have tried to follow up three times and still have gotten nothing. VERY disappointing since the product is fun.

I am so happy I bought this. I am a woman of a certain age... and I have tried the little USB fans, the neck fans, and none of them compare to the Chill Pill. I LOVE the cooling plate feature and the mist. Plus the fan works great and isn't too loud. I have no AC at work, so this is 100% a great purchase for me.

Unfortunately does not stand against the Austin summer heat. It blows warm air in my face and the cooling plate gets warm when I'm outside. This is better for indoor use or cooling off after a workout. I wouldnt take this out in 90+ degree weather.
