I used mine one day day at least seven times and then I put it back in its case and when I went out to use it again it looked like it might be dead so I charged it all the way up and it never came back on even though the battery light charge show. It never came back on they walked me through about removing the battery putting the battery back in never came on never did anything. I spoke with a customer service person at shark they took excellent care of me replace it with a brand new one and it works perfectly. They took excellent care of me when I say that because I had to call and walk through several areas and I have a disability I can't hardly use my hands. They were very understanding kind and within several days I had a replacement and it works wonderfully I take it to all of my doctor appointments because I have hyperhidrosis and I use the mister and Cooling and fan constantly on my little handheld cheap one and wanted to upgrade to something nicer.

My 3-in-1 ChillPill is by far one of my favorite purchases this year, and it has been so clutch during the hottest summer months! The cute colors, powerful output, compact design & multifunction cooling...what's not to love about this device? The cool mist function is an escape to paradise! And the cooling plate provides instantaneous relief, it gets ice cold. I can't wait to put this to use during my next outdoor event, concert or workout!

I absolutely love this product. I set the fan setting at 2 when a hot flash kicks in. I love the way you can make the fan stand up as well. Love the three different cooling options

As someone who sweats buckets the SECOND they get too warm, this is the best investment. Especially living in a humid state like NY. Those subway stations are unforgiving during the summer but I've managed to maintain a fresh blowout with my chill pill. It's easy to charge and use & the swivel design is super convenient no assembly needed.

This fan is awsome. We use it for walking, waiting in line or just to cool off while doing yard work. I love Ninja products and this dosent dissapoint.
