Love the moisturizer but the paint on the bottle chips off. I contacted product support on 2/4/2026 about this as a piece of it got in my eye. I sent pictures and lot numbers etc. I was to receive a mailer to return them. I have not received anything to date. I contacted again on 2/18/26 and was told I'd have it in a week. Not holding my breath that I get it tomorrow. I also bought the eye cream. It does the same thing. So now I'm not only out the money I spent, I can't use the product either. I was also not offered any compensation. Not even a coupon off my next purchase. I have been using Elizabeth Arden for years but unfortunately I will have to find a better product with a hopefully better product support.

This is absolutely amazing! Made my skin look and feel like glass! Instantly moisturizing, my skin locks in the moisture! I love the packaging and the way the product is dispensed by pushing down on the container!

This retinol has show good results on my skin. It has been gentle and leaves my skin soft and feeling hydrated. The scent is very soft, smells a little bit like roses which I think is something very representative of the brand. I will keep using it till I finish to see the results.
