- To pair with your favorite powder eyeshadow, apply Caviar Stick Eyeshadow first, then apply powder eyeshadow on top.
- For light or medium shades, use a flat dense eyeshadow brush for a quick wash of color. To ensure seamless application closer to the lash line use a smaller flat brush.
- The darker the shade, the smaller the brush. Blend light shades with a fluffy domed brush and darker shades with a crease brush.

This is a very creamy eyeshadow stick that glides on smoothly. Very pretty shimmery neutral for simple makeup looks. While it is creamy, once it dries down it doesn't budge. The color does pull more gold on me than I was expecting but overall a nice product.

I tried this product on a hot California summer night and it held up really well! The color strapless showed up on my warm medium skin tone and blended easily. It also works alone well by itself! I can see myself traveling with this as I can easily blend it with my finger

I've tried various eyeshadow sticks (Ilia, Urban Decay, Tarte..) and Laura Mercier remains my favorite. Amethyst is a beautiful shimmery, taupey, almost purple color that is also very wearable. I usually use it all over my lid and blend out with a fluffy eyeshadow brush; it looks beautiful just on its own without any other color. Highly recommend!
