 Caviar Anti-Aging Multiplying Volume Shampoo

I do not like this shampoo or conditioner for so many reasons. Reason one, I don't like how difficult it is to squeeze the product out of the bottle. I have arthritis in my hands and this is one of the worst containers to squeeze. Secondly, the cap on one of the bottles would not operate properly. My husband had to nearly break the top off in order for me to use the product. Third, the smell and texture is awful. The shampoo is very thick and takes a lot to get lathered on my hair. The conditioner is way too thick for the small hole that it squeezes out of. The conditioner is too thick and hard to spread throughout your hair. Fourth, pricing is high for a crappy product. My hair feels and looks flat after using both products. I usually can find at least one nice thing to add to a review of a bad product, however I can not come up with any positive to say about this product. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

I have a terrible time getting the product out of the smaller size bottles. Like the shampoo but both times I've bought it Ive had to fight to get any out

I purchased this product in shampoo and conditioner for the first time ever. I'm not a fan of either one. First let me start with the bottles/containers. They are extremely difficult to open and close. Then squeezing the bottles to get product out is even more difficult. I have arthritis in both of my hands and these bottles are stiff and not easy to use. Second, the shampoo makes my hair feel limp and unclean. The conditioner makes it a little more soft however my hair feels lifeless. I hate the smell of both items as well. I try new products all the time as I love to give multiple products a try to help companies. However this one is a fail for ME. I will not use this again. I have long brown medium texture hair for reference.

I gotta say, im not sure why I randomly purchased this, especially when the staff was encouraging other lines. Maybe because ive used so many of the familiar brands already? Idk but i gotta say that im really glad i stumbled upon this line. Ive switched a few times in between because my hair definitely gets used to the routine but i always come back because the other lines just arent doing what thos does for my hair. Ive got thinning, fine, frizzy hair that only feels thick when its left to curl naturally but in reality my hair gets straightened most days and this shampoo really lifts its spirits. Its a really great shampoo and I highly recommend trying it out.

This product made my curly hair incredibly frizzy and left it feeling like straw. I could barely get my wet brush through it after my shower. As I've aged, I've felt my hair thinning and had such high hopes since it had so many good reviews. I think you need to have a very specific hair type for this shampoo and conditioner.
