Bad
I've used the alterna caviar original shampoo before and really liked it so I thought this one would be good. Wrong. It's awful. It dried out my hair so much that it was visibly way harder to blow dry, just completely frizzing up. I gave up after 4-5 tries and returned it. My hair was back to normal the second I stopped using it thankfully. Would not recommend.
Finally found my shampoo!
I have had fine hair since I was born and now that I am around perimenopausal age it is becoming thin as well. I have searched for shampoo and products trying a bunch of different well known brands and I still saw hair in my drain catcher after a shower. I had tried the Alterna density and that too is quite nice but something with this volume one has done the trick.

I really would recommend this if you have fine thinning hair. I've found since using it and really has made my hair look somewhat fuller, along with a few products that seem to pair well with it. It really does cleanse well and keeps my hair from getting oily quickly.
