- After using Total Results Brass Off shampoo, wearing suitable gloves, apply to wet hair and comb through for even distribution.
- Avoid scalp area and leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on desired neutralization. 5 minutes for subtle neutralization, 10 minutes for maximum neutralization.
- Rinse out.
- Follow with Blonde Threesome Leave-In Cream for best results.

This product is amazing I have blonde hair and this neutralised my yellow. It also gave me clean blonde. My only concern is it's quite thick, therefore quite heavy, for my thin hair But being a mask it will be used once a week. Defiantly recommend for any lightened hair.

I have used this about 3-4 times now and while it does work with neutralizing the brassy tones in my hair, I have noticed that my hair is dryer and my nails have become dry, weak and brittle as well from application. This is AMAZING!
I had a balayage done and the lightener wasn't left on long enough, so my hair was super brassy. I used purple shampoo a couple times like I usually do with my hair when it's (admittedly) basically white blonde…nothing. Did my research and came across this stuff. FIRST OF ALL - it actually, legitimately works. Second - you have to be careful with application because it gets everywhereeee and it stains (because it has to deposit enough color to tone it, so it makes sense). Along with this, make sure you get it everywhere. If you don't get it on all your hair, you will have some toned spots and some that are not. Third - rinse everything down immediately! I thought I rinsed my shower out last time I used it and next time I went to shower…I had a blue floor. :) Fourth - it does have a very strong smell. Like, you know when you go to the salon and you smell your hair for hours (or days) after? Like that, except it's not a horrible smell. I don't mind it, it smells like perfume, but it is very strong. Fifth - buy it. If you use it right, you won't regret it!!!!

This is scary stuff. It was so blue I thought I'd have to scrub the tub, but it rinsed clean off. As to getting the brass out of my hair, the jury is still out. My hair went from ash to golden after it as opposed to from ash to reddish blond.

For awhile, my brown hair color initially looked great. After about ten days, I show brassy tones that morph into gold, orange, light brown. At the one month mark, looks terrible. I tried this product, and wow, it works beautifully. I am extremely happy!
This was my oops, but still
This stuff works great! It is drying, but I did deep conditioner after so it was all good. One worrying thing was that while applying, a small amount dropped off my glove and onto my shoulder. I have a red, bumpy rash on my shoulder now. It didn't bother my scalp though. Just be careful to keep it on your hair if you have sensitive skin, and plan to rehydrate your hair after use.
