- After using Total Results Brass Off shampoo, wearing suitable gloves, apply to wet hair and comb through for even distribution.
- Avoid scalp area and leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on desired neutralization. 5 minutes for subtle neutralization, 10 minutes for maximum neutralization.
- Rinse out.
- Follow with Blonde Threesome Leave-In Cream for best results.

This product is amazing I have blonde hair and this neutralised my yellow. It also gave me clean blonde. My only concern is it's quite thick, therefore quite heavy, for my thin hair But being a mask it will be used once a week. Defiantly recommend for any lightened hair.

Only Toner That Shows Results for My Light Blonde Hair

This is the only toner I have found for my hair that actually takes out the brassiness . No joke! I have very stubborn hair & tried all the expensive luxury toners and less expensive brands , MANY brands. My hair is fine, long, straight, lacks volume , heavily highlighted every 8 weeks to platinum blonde, dry and slightly damaged. My natural color leans slightly golden warm dark brown , so this blue/purple toner takes the brassy, orangeish yellow tones out! Purple toners don't work for my hair since it tends to lean more orange instead of yellow. I cannot live without this set (shampoo & mask). I use it once a week and most of the time just the mask with my normal shampoo leave it in 5-10 min and it's soooo much cooler white and zaps the warm tones. I've used this for years. Leaves my hair soft , moisturized and actually gives slight volume , not sure why but the formulation is different than other shampoos/conditioners and my hair responds well to it. I have a hair product graveyard of sooo many products I try but this is always a staple for me. The scent is pleasant and doesn't last long kind of a soft vanilla. If the brassy tones you start seeing lean more warm slightly/orange brassy instead of yellow and you are a light blonde don't be scared to try it . I have tried the silver line for blondes from matrix but it only slightly helped , barely could see a difference. If you over tone it washes out in a few washes so give it a shot!
This is AMAZING!
I had a balayage done and the lightener wasn't left on long enough, so my hair was super brassy. I used purple shampoo a couple times like I usually do with my hair when it's (admittedly) basically white blonde…nothing. Did my research and came across this stuff. FIRST OF ALL - it actually, legitimately works. Second - you have to be careful with application because it gets everywhereeee and it stains (because it has to deposit enough color to tone it, so it makes sense). Along with this, make sure you get it everywhere. If you don't get it on all your hair, you will have some toned spots and some that are not. Third - rinse everything down immediately! I thought I rinsed my shower out last time I used it and next time I went to shower…I had a blue floor. :) Fourth - it does have a very strong smell. Like, you know when you go to the salon and you smell your hair for hours (or days) after? Like that, except it's not a horrible smell. I don't mind it, it smells like perfume, but it is very strong. Fifth - buy it. If you use it right, you won't regret it!!!!
