Once a week in place of conditioner, rub bar between hands & distribute into hair or "paint" on from mid-lengths to ends. Leave in for at least 10 minutes to let proteins & vitamins penetrate strands, then rinse. Finger-comb hair to detangle.

I used it one time and this one time has made me a devoted customer of Kitsch! It's magic what it did to my in a very very bad shape hair, it looked healthy and almost no freeze. Before I had to use all kinds of after was leave in conditioners (of other brands) and nothing made my hair look this fabulous! It finally again looks alive and healthy! I love the solid form because it prevents you from overloading your hair with product, you use the exact right amount. You have to be careful with this bar though, it's soft soft, a little bit of the bar scraped off on the mesh bag when I put the fresh bar inside for storage. Speaking of that mesh bag, I would definitely only use it for storage for this bar otherwise the mesh will eat it up. The product itself though is amazing, my hair is so soft and silky and my split ends are nowhere to be found. I've used my fair share of deep conditioners and hair masks and this is among the best. My hair also dried super quickly after using this, it took about a quarter of the time to blowdry my hair, I was really impressed.
