Once a week in place of conditioner, rub bar between hands & distribute into hair or "paint" on from mid-lengths to ends. Leave in for at least 10 minutes to let proteins & vitamins penetrate strands, then rinse. Finger-comb hair to detangle.

Conditions without weighing down hair

Applying the conditioner bar seems a bit counterintuitive because it goes on better by adding more warm water to your hair, but once it's on, it feels great and conditions well. It takes a bit more rinsing to remove, but once rinsed, it does not leave weight behind in my hair, and my hair is not greasy afterward.
