I am starting to really dislike the way ulta does things. I understand this is a third party vendor but this falls on ULTA..... CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS A 1 OUT OF 10
Over a week and never shipped
Ive called ulta customer service and they said this is a marketplace item shipped and somd by wavy talk. I believe they are sold out but in order to get money they are still accepting orders as a pre order instead of for sale.

Learning curve
While in the beginning it felt like the product wasn't really "working"; I watched some videos and realized it was user error! This brush saves me SOOO much time! The waves come out great and its really gentle on my hair. Bought some for my friends too! 4 stars because it isn't something that is an "easy" tool right away.
