Learning curve
While in the beginning it felt like the product wasn't really "working"; I watched some videos and realized it was user error! This brush saves me SOOO much time! The waves come out great and its really gentle on my hair. Bought some for my friends too! 4 stars because it isn't something that is an "easy" tool right away.
Helps extend heat styles on Type 4 hair
I'm new to the thermal brush world, but as someone with type 4 hair, this has become a game changer in my styling routine. I've restored an old silk press with this thermal brush and also used it to polish my hair after setting with thermal rollers. As a fine hair girlie, I love the volume it gives my hair and the medium-heat settings it offers.

This tool has allowed me to do a blowout on my hair without having to hold a heavy brush and blow dryer
Good product!!
I use this the same way I use my revlon blow brush, it takes a little longer but leaves my hair shiny, and little to no damage on my ends, thankfully for the negative ion technology. I have seen videos of it not working for people, you just have to learn how to use it correctly.
Actually makes my hair look done
I'm pretty low maintenance with my hair, so I didn't want something complicated. This is surprisingly easy to use and gives me instant volume at the roots and super shiny finish. My hair looks smoother and way more "finished" in like 10–15 minutes. It did take a couple tries to get the motion right, but once I did, it's been super consistent. Definitely makes getting ready faster.
