Several times i have been trying to get started with this review of the Ballerina, and each time I have ended up using it instead, just because i started thinking of it..! (Which I am happy about of course, as makes me high on hormones and chemicals each time!) Power It is the first time that I use ...a vibrator where I feel that I can't stay in the maximum vibration speed throughout my "session"; it has a powerful engine that has four speeds, and two pulsing rhythms. I have several Smilemakers (all of them!?), and I don't have a favorite one as all of them have different virtues and can be used under different circumstances and moods. But if I am just alone and feel like activating my body externally and internally, I go for the Ballerina. Shape and material The Ballerina is different from the other Smilemakers, as it's shaped like a triangular stone and there's a weight to it, which feels good both to the hand and when you place it on the body. My first thought was that it almost feels like the base of someone's pelvis, due to the shape and material. The material is very smooth, and it keeps room temperature – so it feels like you have a human on you instead of a cold device! I live in a cold country, but the Ballerina doesn't get cold, neither hot when you start the vibrations. Experience What's nice is that the rest of the area vibrates, but doesn't shake, just gently vibrates. The tip itself vibrates more intensely, which is the part that is on the clit. The wider part sends vibrations on the area between the vagina and anus (at least on me), which feels super good! It's the first time I see a vibrator shaped like this and that has this wide-space vibration, so to say. I tend to start like that, but then I turn it around to that I have the tip/pointy side on the clit and the wide part in the palm of my hand (imagine holding a smooth and heavy computer mouse). The vibrations are just perfect and the Ballerina is a bit convex in shape, so the tip/point sort of meets the clit over the pubic bone perfectly, and I can relax the hand and just let it cup the ballerina. There's a physical build up which I like, and then I can feel all the good processes happening in my body, chemicals being released and all – I love it! The Ballerina is a bit addictive though… Others Another very good thing is that it is charged through a USB-cable; good for the environment that we don't have to use batteries and then throw them away! The massager comes in a satin bag (in a nice box), which is great for storage/travel.
