I thought i had found a shampoo that works with my thick frozzy hair NOPE leaves thick oily residue on the tips of my hair and it makes it look like its nit washed leaves hair flat. Not switching from Kristin Ess hair care AGAIN !!

I almost never try other shampoos from brands just because majority make my hair feel dried out or stripped so I rotate between the 3 I KNOW doesn't do that to my hair. I decided to try this though during Black Friday sale, used last night and wow! I will be adding it in my rotation!! My hair feels SO CLEAN and soft and it's very moisturizing shampoo!! I bought the entire line, so far all products are bomb!! Definitely a new fav line to will keep getting. Just try it yall!! I'm a black womanly with very long and thick heat trained hair but I have natural curly hair as well, my hair wasn't tangled or anything, I think the cold features of this line is different but awesome! I love this good job Monique!

I purchased this product along with the conditioner, leave in conditioner, and the anti- frizz stay straight serum back in August. I have 3c hair and I have been wearing my hair in a straight style this past month. This shampoo is beyond excellent; I was very impressed with just how good this shampoo works! It smells wonderful and has a great lather and my scalp feels so clean and moisturized after using this product. My hair felt so soft after I rinsed out the product. I highly recommend this shampoo it is worth purchasing.
