Great, when it's the right consistency…
Using this product the first time I purchased it was amazing! It literally melted my makeup right off! It wasn't greasy, smells pleasant like a spa and washed off easily. I'm not sure what happened but it all of a sudden turned into an oil. When pumping the top to dispense the product, oil splashes out and gets everywhere. It becomes a giant mess! I contacted Ulta's customer service and they told me to go back into the store and exchange it. After explaining I drive 35 minutes to my closest store and I had a sick child at home, they insisted I needed to exchange it in store. After I finally made it to the store to exchange it, I got the new bottle home and was so excited to wash my face with the aquamarine gel. First pump splashes clear oil all over my sink and counter. I'm not sure what is happening to the consistency but it would be 5 stars if it stayed the original consistency. I have tried using the oil to remove my makeup but it mostly just smears the makeup around. Even after wiping with a washcloth, I still will wipe makeup on my dry towel. Idk if I would buy this again. I'm not even sure if I want to exchange it for another of the same product. Super disappointed.
