Only good for detangling
The product really does what it says when it comes to detangling. The slip is GREAT! However, I did not feel a lot of moisture or any of kind of cleanliness after using this shampoo.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have wavy hair when wet but it dries straight...without effort. My hair texture changed in the past year. My hair was never this wavy...I hate it. It tangles so much. I asked a store associate for a shampoo that detangles and straightens...I was recommended this product. I used it once and it made my hair feel EXTREMELY DRY and like STRAW. I'm not happy with the store associate's recommendations because I asked her if it had high ratings and she lied to me. Design Essentials Detangling Shampoo is CHEAP CRAP and is only rated a 3.8 on Ulta website. Also, Ulta is too cheap to provide free wi-fi service in their stores. Newtown Square, PA store doesn't get any cellular service, even with top of the line cellular service.
Will not use anything else
I have not been able to use any other shampoo since switching to this. Nothing else cleanses well enough without drying out my hair. This keeps my hair moisturized, cleanses great, and helps with tangles to make the process easier. I even got my husband to switch to this shampoo. Also, smells great!
