- Official Answer By HAIRtaminGreat question. Individual results will vary for everyone, but on average, we recommend taking HAIRtamin regularly for at least 60 to 90 days to see noticeable results. Make sure to take a Before photo so you can track your progress. Other helpful suggestions to ensure your HAIRtamin Journey is a success is to remember to take your vitamins around the same time every day. If you are taking our capsule formulas, please take it with a full glass of water and preferably with a meal. If you are taking the gummies, water isn't necessary. Just chew thoroughly before swallowing. Get regular haircuts/trims, use gentle, sulfate-free shampoos + conditioners like our Biotin and Botanical Blend Shampoo and Conditioner here and limit the use of heat-styling tools, tight hair styles, chemical hair treatments and extensions.
