Apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique: Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of cream through each section. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.

Does this product protect from the heat of a blow dryer. The description on Ouidad website says it gives some heat protection but it doesn't say that in the description on here or on the bottle . I used it while blow drying and my hair feels great but I don't want heat damage.

Does this product help define curls or just reduce frizz? My hair is in between waves and curls and I need something to push it to the curly side. (It curls in the front but just waves in the back *insert rolling eye emoji*). Also, some people say it's a flexible hold and some says it makes their hair crunchy. Which is it because I'm not a fan of the crunch..

Great for dry winter days
I use Ouidad's humidity gel during humid summer days but I recently discovered this product. I'm obsessed. It's perfect for drier fall/winter days. My hair type is fine, wavy 2b/2c hair that is susceptible to frizz and puffiness. This creme handles that!

I've got naturally curly, frizzified hair and I'm forever looking for a product that can give me ringlets without making my hair dry and crunchy. This isn't it. It works well enough to banish frizz, but my hair is crunchy to the touch when it dries. I'd rather have touchable hair with some frizz.

Finally found it!
Works great on my 3 year old daughters curls. She is black and white. I use this after shampoo/ conditioner and then again in the AM after spritzing with water before school she goes to school. It controls frizz even after playground time and a nap. Easy to use, pleasant smell, pleasant texture. It is not crunchy. Puts her curls into tight ringlets that last all day
Loved This Styler
This styler is amazing if you go in with the right mindset. This is a styler but in cream form so it doesnt give a super strong hold but it works very well to soften and lightly hold shape of curls. For reference my hair type is 4b/4a.
Amazing
My 3 yearbold has 2c/3a hair and this tightened up and defined his curls SO WELL. It was crunchy after it air-dried, but it easily went away when scrunched those dry curls. This is the best product I've found for him so far!
Did not really do much for my hair
The creme did not really do much for my hair to ehnance, control frizz, etc. though it did not make it look worse.

My son forgot his hair products while we were traveling so I grabbed this praying it would work. He loved it. The smell is great and it held his curls without being frizzy. A little pricey for the size, so I probably won't buy it again, but it did work in a pinch.
