Good so far
I got a free sample of this in the mail. It smells good, easy to use and absorbs well. It has a thin gel like consistency. I have only used it once so far so I don't know if it actually does anything and there's not enough in the sample to find out.

I have been wanting to use La Roche Posay for a while as I am a skincare addict! I was so excited. I have sensitive skin, which per the description is safe for sensitive skin. Stinks to high heaven
I use other posay products so i wanted yo try this. It stuck so bad i had to return it. It smells like a bad self tanner from the 90's. I could not even get the smell off my hands by washing them 2-3 times. Maybe it was rancid? I just know i could not stand the smell. It was very sticky on my face as well after using. I had trouble getting it out of the dropper too. I had to pour it out into my hand. I exchanged for Dermalogica vit c serum and it almost has no smell and is not sticky. Maybe my bottle was just old, but I'd smell yours before buying.
I not sure I will purchase this again
I have not had it long enough to give a knowledgeable review. However, for the length of time I have had it it is diminishing dark areas. I see a difference in my skin tone. I do not like that it is sticky to touch.
My fav vitamin C
I love this brand because it has never caused me to breakout or get a rash. I have sensistive acne prone skin and this is the only vitamin C i will use. I just wish the price relfected the prices of their other products.
Don't use if you have hyperpigmentation👎
This cling so horribly to my hyperpigmentation. It made my dark patches around my mouth stain orange- it was embarrasing. I stopped using this & have not had issues since.
Brightens after just a couple days
Initially got this during a sale and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy this serum! It almost has a calming feeling during application and instantly smooths and brightens my skin. The scent is something I enjoy - but if your nose is extremely sensitive I would not recommend. Like a few other reviews have mentioned, this serum does indeed leave an orange layer on your skin. I don't think it is noticeable at all and only found out while blowing my nose and seeing the orange on the tissue, lol. Most days I only do skincare, but I do occasionally wear a full beat face and haven't had any issues with layering makeup on top. :)
