[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Extremely creamy and easy to use eyeliner. After it's set it doesn't smudge or budge at all. I even rubbed it after and nothing moved. You have time to blend it for a small amount of time before it's set. Pigmentation is also really good and can be adjusted with pressure.
