Leaves sensitive skin itchy and red

Burns…but works?
First time trying out this moisturizer. Experienced a burning sensation on my irritated areas (redness on cheeks/forehead) after applying the product. Slept overnight and woke up with better-looking skin, so it worked I guess? Used it for a total of 4 nights and every night it burned. Returning it as I'm not a fan of the burning sensation.
Works great in dry skin
I use this product on my feet, especially my heels as they get so dry year round. The moisturizer is so silky when applying and absorbs quickly without leaving a weird residue. My only negative is the smell. It's got a weird chemically/plasticy smell thats not pleasant. If it had a better scent it would be perfect.
Keep coming back
I have several moisturizers that I really like. This one is THE one I keep coming back to for overnight. So good for sensitive skin. When I use it at night, I can tell the next morning— my skin looks more plump and glowy. Great for barrier repair
Excellent for eczema -prone skin
Perfect for sensitive, eczema-skin on face and body! Soothing and extremely long-lasting moisturize.
Allergic reaction since new packaging
I have gone through 6 tubs of this moisturizer in the blue, white and gray packaging. I LOVED IT. The formula HAD to be changed when they changed the packaging. There is a scent. There is a oily film. And it BURNS. I tried it 4 different times wondering if it was counteracted by other steps in my skincare but nope its the moisturizer. First Aid Beauty please switch the formula back!!!

Why is this marketed as being fragrance-free when it has Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil? This is a fragrance ingredient which can be sensitizing.
