Start with dry/styled hair. Load up small end of the brush. Pull hair flat and taught against your head, then press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out. Do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. Use same technique to fill in hairlines or extend highlights.

I read another reviewer saying it and it's true, this is overpriced eyeshadow! I tried eyeshadow and worked the same, but cheaper. Does not work
I've brighten this before and liked it. They must have changed the formula since my last purchase. No longer works or provides any coverage.
Covers blonde was perfect
Very easy to use was able to find a blonde that actually matched my hair and didn't make me look like big bird. The only issue is it really doesn't last if you need it for more than a week don't buy it. I have long hair and if I have to do it for more than 7 to 10 days, it just doesn't last you will run out, but if they're on sale or you have a coupon stock up, they're the same price everywhere

Yes! Love Color Wow!
VERY pleased with this purchase! Color Wow is effective, easy to apply, and serves two purposes for me. It seems to make thin scalp spots visually disappear into the rest of my hair. And it can cover a few grey hairs in various places. I got two colors because my hair is brown with blonde highlights, and touches of grey.
