Infuriating
I've had 2 of these now. The first one I exchanged because it started turning off while doing my hair. Thought at first I was hitting the button so I changed how I held it to prevent that and it was still turning off. Product is OK
There is no way to tell when the iron is hot. Only has an "on" button which leaves you guessing when it is ready. Others I have had would blink until hot enough. Also noticed it does not close all the way. The slightest opening, but not good for areas of fine hair. That being said, it does work well and pleased with the finished look.
