Because the 5 in 1 provides light conditioning, you may want to use the No Frizz Smoothing Styler in place of the cream as a base prior to styling. If you enjoy the cream I would layer the cream over the 5 in 1. PHD 5-1 works best with heat to gain the volumizing benefits it offers. TBD can be used as a deconstructing product if you want to enhance texture and layers to your style. Gifted by LivingProof for my honest review. I have been using this conditioning detangler on wash days and it has quickly become one of those products I actually notice a difference with. It feels completely weightless but makes my hair instantly easier to comb through with way less breakage and it stays detangled all day which is rare for my hair. I love that it also protects from heat and UV up to 450 degrees so I feel better using it before styling. Over time my hair just feels healthier softer and more manageable without ever feeling coated or heavy.
