Because the 5 in 1 provides light conditioning, you may want to use the No Frizz Smoothing Styler in place of the cream as a base prior to styling. If you enjoy the cream I would layer the cream over the 5 in 1. PHD 5-1 works best with heat to gain the volumizing benefits it offers. TBD can be used as a deconstructing product if you want to enhance texture and layers to your style. If you are experiencing a dullness to your hair, may I suggest Triple Detox Shampoo as a 1 to 2 times a week shampoo. This shampoo is charcoal activated, but will eliminate product build up , polution particles and the metal ions from hard water. All of these challenges can dull white hair. These ingredients sit on the outer layer of the hair and are a slick, greasy consistency. PHD 5-in-1 is for all hair types and specifically for anyone who would like more volume, along with conditioning, polishing of the cuticle, strengthening of the hair and if thats not enough, both heat and sun protection. I pack the Living Proof Leave-In Conditioning when I travel and don't have room for multiple hair products. It protects from the sun and heat, detangles, and leaves my hair super soft.
