Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night. *For 24 Hour Stain Protection rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I have crowns and was unsure of whether or not it would work so I tested. I must admit that I didn't use it as much as often as I should have. The taste is a lot more potent that the others I used from the brand. I didn't notice any whitening for my crowns.

Good mouth rinse. Doesn't burn at all but can a tad if you swish around for more than a minute. Works fantastic. I like the fact that it doesn't contain alcohol. Keeps my breath fresh!
