Shake well before use. Use short, feathery strokes to fill in sparse areas of brows. Allow to dry. For a fuller effect, follow your natural brow shape and layer hair-like strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth. For best results use before brow powder, pencil or pomade.

Overall I loved the product. The color pay off was great, it dries nice and the flexibility of the brush was great. However, the brush wasn't easy to use on the front of my brows. The shape of the brush left product heavier on the lower part of the front of my brow so I had to go in with a wet q-tip...

I have a few things to say about this product. I want to start out by saying that this is my first time using this sort of brow pen. I am not an expert, however... this product would be perfect but it leaks and its not being addressed by the manufacturer. because of this leakage, it can also apply runny. unfortunately.
Love
Perfect thin flexible tip for hairlike strokes, doesnt smudge or feather, and espresso is the perfect color as it actually looks black/brown without that weird red or green undertone. Some people say their pen leaks, but I have been using this pen every day for months with no leaking. It's a favorite for sure.

I never received the product. Product was sent and then returned to center. I asked them to re-ship. And I never received it.
Pen leaks
Good price point. I like the thin strokes. However, I am on my 3rd purchase, and all have leaked at the joint right above the tip. Tends to happen after you shake the pen to disperse pigment. It's a significant amount of product being wasted each time. I emailed Milani about my issue and no reply. Per the other reviews, it's a common issue you'd think they would have addressed it. Doesn't seem like customer service is their top priority. I will be looking into another brand.
