Work a quarter-size amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair, massage into a rich lather, and rinse. Follow with Full Conditioner, rinse thoroughly. I'm really torn on this shampoo. On the one hand, it's a good and high quality shampoo if used daily, although it would not sufficiently clean very dirty or oily hair. I wouldn't dream of using this to wash two-day or three-day old hair, as it wouldn't be up to the task unless I lathered up and wash...

I had hope…
I was ready to try a new brand of shampoo for my fine, limp hair. Upon washing my hair with this shampoo, i noticed that it didn't lather very well at all. And then after rinsing, my hair felt stiff and coated. I kept using it, though. Then, halfway through the bottle, it started feeling like it was cleaning my hair. So maybe I should've shaken it before using it? Maybe the shampoo somehow separated? IDK what to think. I wont repurchase as i have never experienced this before. And i really dont think it added much body to my hair.
