I received a Shampoo/Conditioner sample pack in the Hydrate for color treated hair and LOVED it. It smelled good and made my hair silky smooth and super pretty. I immediately returned my current brand for full size of Pureology Hydrate. However, the full size smells comepletely different than the sample. It is very overwhelming. I had to read the details to figure out it must be the sage. Is it because it's a concentrate? I don't understand why the samples wouldn't have that same sage scent. It's very "manly" and makes me hold my breath when my hair blows in my face. Might have to return it but wanted to ask first. Thanks!

Is this considered a high or moderate in protein product? I need moisture but I try to limit the amount of protein I use in my hair.

I bought this conditioner in the 1L size. Is anyone else having a hard time getting a pump to work with this product? Ive tried two separate pumps and cant get anything to come out. What am I doing weong?

Good but not great…for me
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I liked this conditioner, but didn't love it. It left my hair soft and it was great as a detangler, but even after just a little bit of use and just applying it at the ends of my hair, my hair would get oily pretty fast which is what makes me not love it.
The conditioner bottle keeps cracking
I have been using this product for years and really like it alot, BUT the last three times I have purchased the conditioner the bottle has cracked on the side and I got not get the rest of the product out without cutting the container open which is frustrating considering the cost. Ulta suggested I call Pureology which I did, after half hour on the phone with a (heavily accented customer service rep) I was led to believe they would send a return label so I would return it. However I received an email asking for the lot no which I explained was long longer readable probably from the heat of the shower, but I sent pics of the product as requested, including the bar code number and price paid at Ulta etc. They then stopped responding and ignored my second follow up email. Very surprising and disappointing for a company like Pureology.
