I normally air-dry my hair overnight, then wake up and flat iron my hair (using heat protectant). How would I use this product? Apply to damp hair, air-dry overnight and flat iron as normal without additional heat protectant.... or is this mousse enough heat protectant for flat irons? Also, can you use it on dry hair? As in, could I apply it to dry hair, let it dry then flat iron? help. Thanks!

This product is primarily applied to damp hair, but you can also apply it to dry hair and let it dry or blow-dry it in. This product offers thermal protection up to 450°F, so a single application is enough. This mousse is heavy and weighs down my hair. I have fine hair and only used a small amount of the product but it still was way too much. I tried several times to use smaller amounts but it just never worked for me
