Most commonly, it is due to applying too much product, layering products too quickly, or using too many products at once, making it harder for each one to absorb properly. To avoid pilling, or a tacky, tight feeling after applying, we recommend starting with freshly cleansed skin that’s been gently patted dry, then applying 2–4 drops of the Vitamin C Serum, and massaging the formula in to help it absorb more effectively. Nowhere near as effective as L-Ascorbic Acid serums for me
I hate to say it since I love many of the Mad Hippie products (especially the eye cream, cream cleanser and antioxidant face oil), but this Vitamin C serum wasn't a win for me. I wanted to give this one a try because traditional L-Ascorbic acid C serums do cause some irritation on my sensitive skin....
