Love this product and this brand!

I'm so excited to see that Ulta is carrying Mad Hippie! I have tried every product from this brand (with the exception of their SPF) and the vitamin c serum is the stand out product for me. I am very particular about good clean ingredients in my skin care and this brand definitely delivers. I have b...

Nowhere near as effective as L-Ascorbic Acid serums for me

I hate to say it since I love many of the Mad Hippie products (especially the eye cream, cream cleanser and antioxidant face oil), but this Vitamin C serum wasn't a win for me. I wanted to give this one a try because traditional L-Ascorbic acid C serums do cause some irritation on my sensitive skin....

Has gotten rid of discoloration and maintains keeping my skin even in tone while being completely gentle for the skin. A helpful tip is to use this under your moisturizer though because it can feel slightly tacky otherwise.

This was my first time using vitamin C on my face. So im not sure if thats the reason i broke out, but i did. I gave it a few tries, and each time i used it, these white juicy pimples appeared all over later that day… and they took longer than normal to go away. Will be returning if possible…

I this to hopefully even skin tone, however this made me break out badly. Inflamed acne. Whitheads and pustles. It was painful to touch and wash. My skin was completely clear prior to and is not sensitive to most products. I also did nothing differently other tha add this so i know this was the problem. I hate it bc i thought ot felt nice and refreshing. I had none of the piling issues like most have complained about but I made sure to let it dry down before doing any further steps.
