While I think this is a good product a lot more thought could have been put into the design of the product. The lights are way to far up to the middle of the tool and the tool itself is too large. Getting the job done!!! That is the bottom line with this product. The red light intensity is high so be sure to completely insert the device; don't allow any exposed areas to be in contact with the light.

I dont ever do reviews but I made it a point to do this one...I was in this review section not too long ago reading reviews, blogs, anything i could to try to feel better. Not just physically, but mentally. Having issues "down there" really takes a toll on you. I was told for 12 years i had prolapse. It didnt bother me much but as i got older it got worse. I mean life altering. I spent half my day in the bathroom and the other half with my feet up because I was in so much pain and discomfort. Recently I went in and found out I dont have prolapse, but I do have hypersensitive pelvic dysfunction and surgery cant fix it. Im sure you can imagine the magnitude of hopelessness i was feeling. I really cant tell you how I found out about Joylux and the vfit, divine intervention i suppose. (No im not being dramatic lol) I really couldnt afford it, thinking thats alot of money for a gimmick or glorified vibrator! (Sorry vfit, keep reading) But i thought if it really works it will be priceless. I got my vfit plus a couple months ago and have been using it exactly as directed along with doing yoga, stretching, really focusing on my core, and with using an estradiol cream and vitamin e for the "other" and I can tell you with 100% certainty that it works. My boyfriend can attest. Quickly too. Not as fast as a week or 2 like some of these other reviews, but I haven't seen any with my condition so it may have took longer because of that. Instead of spending hours in the bathroom, I spend about 20 mins, sometimes more lol but its by choice! So please, if you have any issues like this, do whatever you can to get this device! You wont regret it. You'll have your life back. Sending my love and well wishes. (Btw im not a dr and this is not medical advice, im just a middle aged woman regaining her confidence and want other women to feel the same)

I find the V fit has really helped my post menopause symptoms of vaginal dryness, soreness, itching and painful sex. I am now on the maintenance program having completed the beginner every other day schedule and my symptoms are mostly gone. I highly recommend the V Fit. It is an investment however but well worth the outcome.

I have a tight pelvic floor and I'm wondering if this device would make that worse or help? My pelvic floor therapist said the last thing I need is to be doing Kegels!
