Please note the circumference around of the device is 4 inches. Sessions require the device light window to be fully inserted into the vaginal canal, approximately 4”. vFit is OB/GYN-designed for postpartum and menopausal women in mind. It utilizes photobiomodulation, also known as low-level light therapy (LLLT), which is a noninvasive, painless treatment using light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to help stimulate cellular function. - Official Answer By Joylux - Brand EngageYou may reduce your session time to 3-minutes and slowly build up to 6-mimutes. This will require you to manually turn off vFit. The light intensity and the warming sensation will increase with the duration of the session time. Ramp up time may be slower or faster - both of which are ok. Reducing the session time will not hinder your progress as vFit utilizes photobiomodulation, which helps to stimulate cellular function by increasing local blood flow, stimulating healing tissue responses, and increasing circulation. Each of us absorbs the gentle warmth within the vaginal tissue varyingly due to our age and tissue depth. If the LED lights are exposed to the external anatomy, it may feel uncomfortable. Please make sure the device light window is fully inserted into the vaginal canal, approximately 4” (from the tip of the device to the end of the light window).Was this answer helpful to you

While I think this is a good product a lot more thought could have been put into the design of the product. The lights are way to far up to the middle of the tool and the tool itself is too large. Been using this for 2 months and it has made a dramatic difference. I am in surgical menopause because I got breast cancer when I was 32. First I tried taking estrogen and that didn't work. cream gave me side effects. What I love about this laser therapy is no side effects. I use it every other day for about 8 minutes. no more burning. more moisture down there. It works but you have to be consistent. give it two months. I felt a difference by the third week.
