After cleansing, apply treatment from middle to ends. Detangle using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Allow it to sit on the hair for 5 minutes, or longer if you have time.
Tip: Try doing a double-condition if your hair is dry from color or heat styling. On the second application, only apply from middle to ends.
