Miracle Balm
I have sensitive, combination to dry skin. In the winter I deal with texture and dryness and it is hard to make my makeup look good. When I use this as a primer, my makeup looks amazing. Great for dry winter skin
It's important to note that this is an ointment, not a simple moisturizer. That being said, I found it is perfect for use in the evening to lock in all the hydration from toning, serums & moisturizer. My skin feels incredibly soft & nourished in the morning. For reference, my skin is dry, so this is ideal for me.
Best Winter Hydration Aid
tldr; great aid to add after moisturizing. Ive been using this ointment aid every night since I bought it. Here's a list of what I've noticed. - When used alone, it does leave a white cast. - It is thick, slightly greasy, unscented, it's true to its name - ointment. It's not a cutesy lightweight moisturizer. Do not expect that. It is not as heavy or greasy feeling as aquafor, but very similar for reference. - It is a little tacky, I can see how they suggest it as a primer. I haven't tried it as such, as it seems a little too thick for my liking as a primer. - There's still a noticeable feeling or "film" after a night of sleeping with it on. I prefer it as a night product for that reason. I actually do like this, as I feel like the product is doing it's job of keeping moisture in. - I've been using it directly after using the matcha pudding antioxidant cream (I did notice this reduced the white cast). Haven't noticed any pilling but that could be due to both products being Peach & Lily. Overall, I definitely prefer using as a sealant/aid on top of a moisturizer. I've had combination skin that's recently changed to having extreme dry and oily patches during winter. Normal moisturizing hasn't been enough and over moisturizing led me to breakouts. This is the perfect inbetween that I didn't even know I needed. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I don't prefer it as a stand alone product as much as an addiction product.
Must Have!
This brand is becoming my new favorite facial anti aging skincare products but this product in particular is just amazing!!! I use as a last step at night only to seal in my products and my face feels and looks amazing in the morning!!!
Amazing for sensitive skin
I love this product so much! I have has DRY skin and this has healed me so much. I also have roseca and this has softened it up. 🫶🏽
