I really really wish this conditioner did not make my hair break off. It is so difficult to find fragrance free products, and in some ways this product is quite effective. The good: virtually unscented, makes hair tangle free, easily combable and static free. The really really bad: makes hair break off in your hands as you apply it. I knew that I would get a lot of hair in my hands every time I used this product, but it really hit home when I opened my shower drain to clean it and there was almost as much hair in the drain as I have remaining on my head. I know it is this product, because I have zero hair coming out when I shampoo with a different brand product, but as soon as I run this through my hair afterward, I get instant breakage. I bring my own hair products to the hairdresser because I am allergic to so many products, and she said exactly the same thing. No hair coming out when she shampooed, but lots of breakage as soon as this product applied. It is unfortunate that there are so few fragrance free products available. I have kept using this only because I haven't been able to find a replacement . But I now realize I cannot keep using this or it will take me years to regrow the lost hair.
AVOID NEW FORMULATION- WORSE QUALITY /NO LONGER HYPOALLERGEN

The old formula was AMAZING! It was the only product that I could find that didn't leave my hair feeling like straw without giving me an allergic reaction. They recently reformulated without notice, removing a key ingredient that set the formula apart from any other fragrance free option (amodimethicone) while adding in ingredients that hairdressers warn to avoid, as well as a common allergin! This product is no longer hypoallergenic and advertising it as such is false advertising!
Hair falling out!
I decided to change my shampoo & conditioner. I took the odele test on their website & it suggested the ultra sensitive line. After first use i had clumps of hair come out & i brushed if off on maybe i wore my ponytail too tight. WRONG! It has consistently made my hair fall out & now feels thin. I finally googled the specific line to see others that have tried it had the same experience. I'm extremely dissapointed.
