No rips, no tears no bang ups on the box. Yet the actual product box and tube look in our damaged. I was actually expecting the tube to be spelling out from just looking at the box it was in so I don't know who tore it up or if they just didn't care but this product is not cheap so I was kind of sad that it came in like this. Iys hard to hive this a 3 star bc the actual product deserves a 5. Wish there was an option for pictures.
