One of the worst shampoos I've tried
This is not hydrating at all. After washing it felt like I couldnt get it all rinsed off and once my hair was dry I could feel the residue on my hair still. My hair felt nasty, dry and straw like but also greasy and dirty at the same time. By day two the scalp itching started. Save your money and your hair from this shampoo and conditioner set.

My hair has never been so crunchy
I bought the jumbo shampoo and conditioner on sale looking for soemthing hydrating and my hair has never looked so crunchy and dry. I love the smell of biolage but its not enough to continue using this product. Ive already returned and my hair is back to its beautiful original softness.
MAJOR HAIR LOSS
This oroduct should not be sold on shelves.. while the majority of consumers have an overall good rating there are still quite a fee comments from people staring their hair has thinned or fallen out drastically. There isnot one, two or even four comments but SEVERAL if you scroll through and i wish i had tead reciews beforehand. I have has this product less than a month, ised twice and one side of my hair is experiencing a major hair loss. I have lots of thick, wavy hair and as of today I look like my hair has no life to it and its the thinnest I have EVER seen it.. and I have bleached my hair numerous times in the past.. in the nicest way possible I look like a woman going through chemotherapy… My hair is my LIFE and im at a loss as to what to do to help my hair roght now. Im so embarrassed by it, embarrassed to be seen in public.. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!
