After using it, my hair felt noticeably lighter and silkier, almost like it had less buildup weighing it down. I usually always follow up with conditioner (and I did this time too), but I could still tell the shampoo alone made a difference. My hair looked smoother, felt softer, and even had a bit of extra shine compared to my previous shampoo with the same conditioner. I also like the metal purifier aspect of the product. That's not something I have ever looked for in shampoo, but it made my hair feel cleaner and refreshed, especially important if you've got hard water. Do NOT trust the high rating of this item. I am always suspicious of near perfect reviews, but i like wella and trying out new products so i bought it. First time i washed with this, hair felt sticky, frizzy, matted, and dry while being dripping wet. After i dried as usual, it still felt gross. I attributed this to me having not washed the conditioner all the way out and REWASHED MY HAIR. Exact same results. I have tried over fifty different shampoos and conditioners and none have ever been so bad. Do not trust these reviews, they obviously have not used this product.
Salon Hair at Home!
I started using Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth Shampoo two weeks ago and can't believe how soft and smooth my hair is!! The smell is great and I am loving the shampoo! My hair feels like I have a salon wash every time I have used the shampoo. 100% would recommend this shampoo to anyone who will listen.

I absolutely love the Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth. After just first use I noticed a difference in how my hair felt it was softer and more manageable and was smoother with less frizz. After 3 plus uses my hair was definitely stronger and was repairing damage. Both my hair and scalp felt with moisturized. Great scent with Notes of jasmine, vanilla, bergamot, peach and sandalwood. Great product that I would highly recommend to anyone and the item description was just as described.
