I think the reason a lot of people have rated this poorly is due to its very low coverage. With that being said, you really have to manage your expectations with this one. I have used the Ulta Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 for several years in lieu of foundation. I loved how it felt like I had nothing at all on my face and the coverage was enough to cover imperfections and even out my skin tone, yet not look so "made-up".
