I received the Laura Mercier Tinted Blur Balm Skin Tint in exchange for my honest review. I was honestly really excited to try this because I love a good skin tint, but I'm thinking this one just isn't for me. First, the packaging is beautiful. The compact has that sleek, mirror-like finish and feels super luxe. The texture is what threw me off. It starts off feeling like a balm when you apply it, but then it turns into more of a powdery finish once it sets. I think I just prefer products that stay more dewy and skin-like. This leaned more matte than I usually go for. The coverage is also very light, almost too light for me. I found myself having to use more product just so it would actually show up on my skin. The shade I received was also a little too dark, so that could've played a part in how I felt about it overall. I can see this working better for someone who loves a soft-matte, blurred look, but if you're into that fresh, glowy skin finish, this might not be your favorite.
Amazing skin tint
This is is amazing! Its light coverage but its perfect if you want an even skintone and covering up redness/small acne. It also leaves a beautiful glow and doesn't separate. Concealer also lays beautifully

I wanted to love this, but unfortunately it's just not for my skin type. It's pretty thick, you really have to warm it up to get it moving. Personally wish it was a little more balmy than solid. Also just heads up that the shades run about one shade darker than expected. Could be for you if this texture is your thing, just wasn't for me.
