Is this noncomedogenic?

However, we’re hesitant about applying the non-comedogenic label to any of our products since there is no universal and agreed upon guideline. Comedogenic scales often vary depending on the source. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s ability to clog pores, so it is highly variable between people. As such, the only way to be certain is to actually try out the product. The same ingredient when used in a different concentration or within a different formulation will vary as far as being comedogenic or not. Better Things Out There
It's not the best but it's not the worst. I've noticed a few drops don't go very far and I end up using more than recommended. I prefer BYOMA Hydrating Recovery Oil, I feel like it hydrates better than this oil.

Don't Sleep on this Oil
I ran out of my usual moisturizer that I use during the winter. I was desperately searching for something in my repertoire to save my skin from the cold weather flakiness.
