- Use AM or PM after cleansing.
- Shake well, then shake to dispense onto your hands or a cotton pad.
- Gently tap toner into your face and neck (no need to rinse).
- Follow with Thirst Burst Drops and your fave moisturizer.
- Finish off with SPF if wearing during the day.

beware acne prone skin
i've given it several tries and - don't get me wrong - post-use it makes my skin look great, dewy and plump.. but every time within several hours my face breaks out horribly :(

This toner hydrates and plumps my skin, works great! No skin irritation and I have sensitive skin.
ELF TONER
I TRIED IT AND IT DOESNT MAKE MY FACE FEEL LIKE WHEN I USE THE TONER FROM GLOW RECIPE. I HOPE IT WORKS FOR OTHERS BUT IM GOING TO STICK WITH GLOW RECIPE ON THE TONER I WAS SO HOPING IT WAS GOING TO BE GREAT SINCE IT IS CHEAPER.
