This toner makes my skin feel and look so good! Very hydrating. I don't use a cotton ball, I pour in my hands and smooth onto my face. The cotton doesn't work well with this. I love toners before my skin care. This one is my favorite i use it twice a day and i lay it on good. It is so gentle . I have eczema on my hand on even lotion burned but this did not burn at all. and it leaves my face so hiydrated NOT OILY i will never be without

I was so excited to try this but it is unfortunately not that great -- the texture/consistency is weird because you'd think it would provide this thick, juicy layer when applying but it completely disappears into my skin and it feels like I just applied nothing? Maybe I'm just too dry for it, but it did nothing for me.
