Filmy and ineffective
I received a sample of this in a recent ulta order. It left an odd film on my hair and didnt seem to make any difference in benefits to my hair. I ended up rinsing it out and utilizing another hair mask instead. I have fine, thin, long hair for reference.

I have tried this product twice as a deep conditioner to hydrate my somewhat coarse, natural white/gray wavy hair without irritating my scalp. My scalp felt fine after each of the times I used it, but it dried out my hair terribly instead of hydrating it. Despite the cost,I'm going to have to throw it away.
