Sweep on. Wipe off.
Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup.
For long-wearing makeup, use the press and hold method: Saturate a cotton pad with this liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup. Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick.

I recently bought a brand new bottle and I can not get the lid off. I know you push down and twist. I've tried and my husband has tried. Perfect Make-up Remover
This summer, I received Cliique's Travel Size Take the Day Off Makeup Remover from a friend, when she gifted me with a Cliique bag of make-up. This bottle is perfect to take to you anywhere. It removes make-up form forehead to chin easily with a lotion on cotton balls or pads to cleanse your pores. It's handy to have to your make-up routine.
