HOW-TO: Shake well until both layers are emulsified. For a dewy finish, apply before or after skincare to create a glowy base. Wonderful setting spray, terrible nozzle
This is one of my favorite setting sprays. It leaves my skin dewy and a little "grippy" so that my makeup doesn't move around. You can also use it to melt your makeup, but it's not a fixer spray. In other words, it doesn't make your makeup totally locked in and transfer proof. Overall I love the formula when my skin is drier BUT the nozzle is terrible! The liquid goes everywhere and the droplets are big, so it's not a fine mist at all. That is the only downside.
Versatile product, not really a setting spray
I think this is an amazing product for so many different things, but NOT as a finishing spray to set makeup for the day. And I have dry skin. BUT, I love using this as a hydrating mist before makeup application, using it during application to get rid of dry powdery finishes, or even mixing it with matte cream blush or foundation to make the finish a little more luminous
One of my favorite setting sprays ever!!
Gives the most glassy skin ever. It's not oily but gives the no makeup makeup look. Did not hold my makeup as long as I wanted it to but definitely looks beautiful on.
I love about-face, but this was a massive miss
This spray was not my favorite at all. The nozzle is atrocious and ends up spraying my hair and neck more than my actual face, and the formula itself isn't my favorite. It's very oily but not in a glass skin way, and i found that it kept breaking up my makeup no matter what i did. I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone which sucks because i ADORE about-face, but this product is a massive pass for me.

Even if you're spraying it on a tool and not straight on your face, the spray is so bad it wouldn't properly coat the tool either. I spray more than I usually do just to cover my face well enough, but it feels like I'm wasting product that way. However, after all the awkward and tedious applications, my face has that nice lived-in look where the makeup layers melt together. It also takes some dabbing though because the droplets are big so you gotta take extra steps to diffuse them, which wouldn't be necessary with finer mists. I really love aboutface and have been looking for a melting/setting spray so this is really disappointing. If they update the nozzle, I'd give it another chance, but as is, I definitely will not repurchase,
