Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure, or before makeup application to prime skin and over makeup to set it in place.
Shake well before each use.
Closing eyes and lips, spray generously and evenly over face from 8-10 " away.
Keep eyes closed for 3 seconds post-application.
Re-apply every 2 hours.

Terrible Allergic Reaction
I LOVE LOVE the Whoa Glow in sunbeam. I wear that on my bare face no makeup needed and I always recommend it. So I blindly bought this one loving the concept very convenient and I just had same faith due to the original. I used this product on my face and why the heck not on my arms for a quick err...

Do not buy!
I tried this product and it literally gave a chemical burn! Idk what ingredients may have but at first it gave me a sting and i just thought it was fine and didnt wipe it off. Hours went by and i started itchy soo bad my face went red like i was in the sun for hours it felt hotter and hotter then my undereyes and eyelids were so swollen like when you get poise ivy reaction. The worst!!!
Sunscreen? Yes. Setting spray? Not so much.
This is just a sprayable sunscreen, and it does fine with that. But my perpetual melted shadow/mascara raccoon eyes dispute its status as a setting spray. Maybe fine if you're not using any eye makeup but that's a pretty severe limitation imo.
So bad I had to return it
I usually never return products and I'm a big lover of elf but this is the ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT I've ever used. I have dry skin and it made skin OILY even breaking down my powder even after spraying it before putting powder on. I felt like I was spraying ALCOHOL on my face with the SMELL and the STINGY feel. It never even dried down and I just looked like a GREASEBALL the whole day. It deserves a 0! But I can't give it a 0 so I'm giving it a 1!

This spray has caused multiple allergic reactions on my face resulting in red, itchy, swollen eyelids and cheeks. I've been using it for years thinking the reaction and irritation had just come from increased sun sensitivity. Will officially be throwing in the garbage
