Kept very oily t-zone in check!

i know hiw damaging the sun can be for your skin in aging you and also for cancer risk,so i wear it daily. Through the years I have tried and failed on so many pricey medical grade and over the counter skincare SPF since I have a very oily t-zone…which sunscreens tend to amplify whether theyre tinte...d, mineral, or anything else…even with a mattifying setting spray and powder. So when i got selected to test this product as a part of an educational promotion, I was honestly instantly disappointed when i saw "dewy" in it's description. Dewy anything on me usually equals my face looking an oil field. I am completely shocked that it was completely opposite of this! First impression was that it came in super girly and cute pink bottle. It's cuteness was trying to decieve me I thought. It has a shaker ball that mixes it up, and feels like it dies the job well since it feels heavier when you shake it. Dispensing it into my fingers made me doubt it again because it looked like chalky pink version of the white pearly mineral sunscreen versions that always made my face look oil glazed and shinier. It felt nice and nourishing while rubbing it in and was on the thicker side. The pearly chalky color went away as it absorbed but It definitely made me look shiny as heck immediately after. There is a slight smell to it, but it's not fragrance. More of like a very faint natural medicinal plant. It's not bad smelling, but i tend to like lightly fragranced facial products since im not sensitive to it. The smell gave me the impression of it being a super legit skin care focused product vs a product that deceives you because it smells good but doesn't work all that well. I applied my regular foundation and concealer on top after it absorbed a bit and finished it off with setting powder. I was conviced I would end the day with no foundation left because it all slid off. Doomed i thought again. Wrong!! To my utter shock, my skin looked pretty darn AMAZING everytime i caught a glimpe in a mirror throughout the day! My skin wasnt super dewy looking, but dewier in the sense that it looked it moistured and healthy even after using setting powder and no caking either. At the end if the day I was the least oily I think ive ever seen my tzone since i hit puberty at 14 (im 45), and that was without using any blotting papers that I normally use 2 or 3 times through my work day. This worked better than any primer ive every tried for oil control or complexion benefits, and it's not even primarily marketed as either, but as a sunscreen! I'm still surprised it worked so well every morning when i apply it. I will definitely be purchasing it and now im so goad i got selected to test it because it helped me solve a problem I've dealt with for 30 years. Definitely worth trying, especially if your complexion sounds anything like mine.
