HYDRA FILL GEL LIP LINER
So I'm a fan of lip liners. I mean I don't apply gloss or lipstick with out it. I love the combo and how it compliments the gloss I just don't think the colors work well together for my skin type. Ima a darker liner lighter lip kinda girl! So I'm totally for the product and the brand and the formula...
